READ HOW THE OPEN CALL WORKS
APPLICATION
Submitting your project only allows EGOUNDESIGN to review and evaluate the material received. Submission does not automatically imply any transfer of the project or related rights.
AUTHORIALITY
Those who submit the project declare that they are the author of the project and can submit it to the Open Call without violating rights or agreements with third parties.
SELECTION
EGOUNDESIGN evaluates applications and contacts the designers of the projects it intends to explore directly. Selection does not automatically guarantee production or marketing.
AGREEMENT
Before proceeding with development, a separate agreement will be signed between the designer and EGOUNDESIGN. The agreement will govern rights, exclusivity, duration, royalties, and terms of the collaboration.
DEVELOPMENT
EGOUNDESIGN finances and manages the technical development and prototyping of selected projects. The project may evolve from the initial proposal for technical, production, or financial reasons.
PRODUCTION
Possible production will depend on the technical, production and economic feasibility verified during development.
THE DESIGNER
The designer will always be recognized as the project's author. The product and related communications will carry the relevant designer credit as defined in the agreement.
ROYALTY
In the event of commercialization, the designer will be entitled to royalties on sales. The percentage, basis of calculation, reporting, and payment methods will be defined in the agreement.
This information describes the general functioning of the Open Call. Any relationships relating to the selected projects will be governed by the agreement signed between the parties.
