Tray for cups and/or glasses in transparent perspex with decorative details in graphene

Design EGOUNDESIGN

Tray for cups and/or glasses in transparent perspex, rectangular format, thickness 5 mm, n. 4/5 positions cups and/or glasses, for table, home or office, decorative details in graphene, dimensions 29,5 x 12,50 x h 5,5 cm.

Customizable with texts, names or initials, which can be created with laser engraving.

Manufacturing

After cutting using laser technology, each Perspex sheet is polished by hand with special soft brushes enriched with special ointments for finishing the transparent methacrylate.

To obtain the folding of the methacrylate it is necessary to carry out further manual and precision processing. The use of a conductive cylinder as a source of strong heat allows the ideal temperature to be reached for bending the Perspex sheet. Once the folds necessary for the design drawing have been made, the product remains immobile, blocked by weights, until the methacrylate has completely cooled.

The decorative details in graphene are also produced individually, with additive manufacturing technology, i.e. 3D printing, using innovative and above all biodegradable plastic polymers. In FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) printing these polymers are produced in the form of filaments.

In the final production phase, each graphene element is manually pressure-fitted into the grooves previously carved into the Perspex sheet, thus giving life to the final designed object.

Cleaning instructions

We recommend using a microfibre cloth, water and mild detergent (NO ALCOHOL).
