SIBI is the design result of EGOUNDESIGN's exploration of the concepts of adaptation e interaction.
Seat, coffee table, container, SIBI is a multifunctional indoor and outdoor unit , designed to adapt to the different needs of contemporary living.
3D printing gives SIBI a sturdy, internally hollow, and easily lightweight structure. This allows for quick and convenient function changes.
The SIBI units are modular and stackable so as to take up minimal space when not in use.
The slow and meticulous production process for addictive manufacturing is further enhanced by the final transparent finish: granules of recycled white material are integrated into the transparent base material which, during the three-dimensional layering process, add ever-changing and original streaks to SIBI.
This effect transforms each unit into a completely unique piece , giving each SIBI its own very personal visual identity.
