What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods to offer maximum flexibility to our customers:

Our payment system is PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant to ensure maximum transaction security. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will ship the goods once we receive the payment.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination:
- Italy: €6 (free for orders over €50).
- Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €13,50 (free for orders over €150).
- Denmark, France, Monaco, Switzerland, United Kingdom: €17 (free for orders over €150).
- Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Spain (excluding some areas): €20 (free for orders over €150).
- Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden: €23 (free for orders over €150).
- Finland, Greece, Malta, Liechtenstein, Norway: €25 (free for orders over €150).
- Cyprus, Balearic Islands, Türkiye: €40 (free for orders over €200).
- Ceuta, Melilla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Andorra, Gibraltar: €65 (free for orders over €250).
- Rest of the world: €50 (standard rate).
All shipments are express with delivery times ranging from 24 to 96 hours, depending on the courier's times. Orders are processed by our logistics in 1-2 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the courier's website. Simply click on the link provided in the email to view updated tracking information.
Do you offer customization services for individuals and companies?
Yes, we offer customization services for individuals and companies. You can customize our products with names, initials or company logos. Please note that for customized products, the order processing time is longer, approximately 3-4 working days. We offer special and customized discounts based on your needs and order quantity.
What is your return policy?
We offer a flexible return policy for our customers:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- There are no restocking fees for returns.
- Final promotion products are not eligible for return.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
