A Weekend of Creativity and Design. EGOUNDESIGN lights up Palazzo Pepoli Campogrande.

This weekend, EGOUNDESIGN brought the best of its innovative design and modern craftsmanship to the historic setting of Palazzo Pepoli Campogrande, in the heart of Bologna, thanks to the new collaboration started with Campogrande Concept.

In the Hall of Mirrors among frescoed ceilings, baroque decorations and a timeless atmosphere, we presented our collections from 2020 to today, also proposing a selection of original and unconventional Christmas gift ideas for those looking for objects with a unique emotional value.

EGOUNDESIGN Collections on Show

We exhibited EGOUNDESIGN in 360°, creating an immersive experience among our collections.

• TRILObyME: Our bestselling portable atelier has found its ideal dimension in this historical context. All ages have been fascinated by its concentration of creativity, discovering how it encloses extraordinary and unexpected functions in just 10 cm. With its interchangeable functions and integrated accessories, it was the protagonist of the JUST DRAW space.
  
• CENTO3Designed by Achille Castiglioni, these writing instruments ergonomic and with an unusual trilobate shape have attracted experts and design enthusiasts. Ideal as Christmas gifts for professionals and creatives, they combine style and culture.
  
• SIBI: Our multifunctional and luminous seats have found a new and precious light in the context of the Hall of Mirrors. A design that combines aesthetics and practicality, perfect for both domestic and work environments, both for indoor and outdoor spaces. The unique texture of the 3D print when illuminated has struck: it looks like the weave of a fabric.
  
• Transparency: The table collection that celebrates one of the Arts in which we Italians are Masters: the art of entertaining. Elegant and versatile, it has added a touch of refined modernity to the room (and your tables) thanks to the simplicity of the shapes and the lightness of the transparent perspex.
  
• Zefiro: Our PLA and paper vases – new for Christmas 2024, slender and sophisticated, have embellished the environment creating a special harmony with the other collections presented, recalling coherence in shapes and aesthetics. The Zefiro and Zefiretto vases will also be present under the Christmas trees of many families, what pride!
  

Interactivity and Technology: JUST DRAW Space and 3D Printing

The interactive space JUST DRAW offered guests the chance to try out the CENTO3 collection. Pencils, pens and colours were used to draw, write and leave their signature on a sheet of paper over two metres long. The curiosity didn’t stop there: thanks to the presence of a 3D printer, the public was able to see live how our products come to life, revealing the secrets of an innovative production technique that for many still remains a mystery.

This weekend was much more than just an exhibition: it was a meeting point between the glorious past of our city and the future we want to build in our city through design. The setting of Pepoli Campogrande Palace, with its history and charm, has created the perfect context to tell who we are, our design journey and where we want to get to.

Our goal was to involve the community and the public of Bologna, not only to present our products but to share the vision and freshness of a reality that continuously draws from what our territory offers in terms of inspiration and artisan talent. The feedback was extraordinary and unexpected: many people appreciated the opportunity to listen to our story and touch our creations with their own hands, to discover how technology combines with tradition to give life to everyday objects with unique value.
