EGOUNDESIGN awarded at the Chamber of Deputies with the America Innovation Award 2025

Innovating means never stopping asking questions.


Our approach to the project and to doing business brought us to Rome, where we received the America Innovation Award 2025 laid down by the Italy USA Foundation, an award given to Italian companies that stand out for their vision, sustainability and international scope.

The official ceremony took place on April 28th at the House of Representatives, alongside companies that, like us, believe in a new way of understanding Made in Italy: open, courageous, experimental.

An award that speaks of the future

Alongside the famous America Award, the Foundation has established this new award to promote startups and SMEs that tell the story of Italy with contemporary tools. And this is exactly what we try to do every day: build bridges between matter and vision, between technique and poetry, to bring the cultural and artisanal values ​​of our tradition to the world.

Our design is a story

Founded in 2020 in Bologna, EGOUNDESIGN is a studio where the project is born as narrative gesture and the object always becomes an invitation to interaction.

Some of the projects that best tell this vision?

  • Voronoi: the magnetic modular system inspired by the stone balancing, winner of the SaloneSatellite Award 2024.

  • TRILObyME: the creative kit evolution of the CENTO3 pen, born from the genius of Achille Castiglioni and Gianfranco Cavaglià.

  • Zefiro: the origami vase that can be built and personalized, like a story to be written by hand.

A stage, not a finish line

After theArchiproducts Design Award (2021), the inclusion in theADI Design Index (2022) and the recent recognition to SaloneSatellite, this new institutional award confirms our trajectory: continuous growth, based on dialogue, coherence and research.
